Method
- In a large bowl , combine mashed potatoes, carrot , cabbage, peas, breadcrumbs, red chili powder, garam masala and salt.
- Mix well and shape the mixture into round burger patties.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the patties on medium heat until both sides become golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the burger buns in half and lightly toast them with butter for extra flavor.
- Spread mayonnaise and ketchup on the inside of each bun.
