INGREDIENTS :
Pasta (penne) - 1 cup
Butter - 2tbsp
Maida - 2 tbsp
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Chopped Garlic - 3-4 cloves
Mixed veggies ( capsicum , corn, carrot, broccoli) - 1cup
Cheese - 1/2 cup grated
Oregano - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Step by Step Recipe:
- Boil pasta
Boil water + salt+ few drops oil
Add pasta and cook till soft
Drain and keep aside
2. Saute veggies
Heat 1 tbsp butter
Add garlic saute till golden
Add veggies cook 2-3 mins ( slightly crunchy)
3. Make white sauce
Add butter melt
Add maida cook 1 min
Slowly add milk while stirring
cook till thick & creamy
4. Add flavour
Add salt, pepper, oregano, chilli flakes
Add cheese mix till melted
5. Mix Pasta
Add boiled Pasta + veggies
Toss well coat nicely

Add extra cheese on top
Garnish with parsley or coriander
